During the Governing Board meeting held Monday night of this week, September 14th, the Governing Board and District affirmed plans to move into a hybrid re-opening phase for all Option A students who choose that will start immediately following fall break.
For the hybrid schedule, students will be divided into two groups by their school. Group A students will attend campus in-person on Mondays and Thursdays starting on October 12th and will be distance learning on Tuesdays and Fridays. Group B students will attend campus in-person on Tuesdays and Fridays starting on October 13th and will be distance learning on Mondays and Thursdays. All students will be distance learning on Wednesdays following a late start bell schedule. Schools will return to their normal start and end times for the school days with this transition starting October 12th.
In addition, fall sports that are underway will continue to progress through their season and compete as planned. Also, clubs and activities have expanded opportunities being opened up to them to meet in-person in small groups.
