The countdown to graduation is on, and it’s time to celebrate one of the most exciting milestones of senior year - National Senior Decision Day!
On May 1st, Buckeye Union High School will proudly join high schools across the country in recognizing the incredible achievements of the Class of 2026. This special day is all about the hard work and dedication of our seniors and the bright future they've chosen to pursue after high school. It’s also a reflection of who we are as a school community - where every student is encouraged to Believe, Belong, and Become.

Seniors should head out to the courtyard during their regular lunch period to take part in the festivities. At that time, they'll have the chance to:
Sign the official Class of 2026 banner, marking their next step after graduation
Celebrate with friends, classmates, and staff
Enjoy pizza, fun, and a well-deserved moment of recognition
📢 Share Big Decisions
All seniors should be sure to complete their Senior Exit Survey sent by Ms. Ramey if they haven't already. (Need the link? Email her at cramey@buhsd.org.) This is their opportunity to let everyone know what exciting path they've chosen - whether it’s college, career, military, or another adventure. Their plans may even be announced during the celebration!
👕 FAFSA = Free Swag!
Students who complete their FAFSA will receive an exclusive Class of 2026 celebratory T-shirt. It’s just one more way to recognize our Hawk Seniors on their preparation for the future and their commitment to success.
This is more than just an event - it’s a celebration of the high school journey and everything that lies ahead. So seniors are encouraged to bring their school spirit, their friends, and their excitement for what’s next.
