In partnership with community career professionals and BUHSD District and Business Office staff, students participated in authentic interview experiences designed to build confidence and prepare them for future career opportunities. 💼

BUHS TSW students got a front-row seat to real-world career pathways during Career Day! 🎓✨

We were excited to host speakers from Someburros for career exploration and the City of Buckeye to learn about the Master Transit System currently being developed. Nearly 200 students from TSW and Future Ready classes engaged in the presentation and took full advantage of the Q&A session, asking thoughtful questions and exploring what their futures could hold.

Celebrating electric success! ⚡️🎓

BUHS Gear Up Coach Mindy Seymour proudly attended the graduation ceremony for nine BUHS Class of 2025 alumni, who completed Grand Canyon University’s Electrician Certificate Program.

Selected through a highly competitive process, these students put in the work, completed a 16-credit certificate, and are already seeing the payoff - all nine have received job offers to begin their apprenticeship journey.

We couldn’t be more proud of these outstanding alumni and the bright futures ahead of them!💡

Nearly 1,000 students explored 55 tables and connected with 70 guests representing career pathways, community organizations, colleges, and our own CTE programs.

Our visitors shared amazing feedback about how engaged and curious our students were, asking great questions and taking real steps toward their future!
